- Abstract
This article presents a list of labor-management relations research in progress as of April 1992. They include research on the bargaining unit characteristics and union resources of further determinants of union decertification election outcomes being undertaken by Trevor Bain and David Meyer of the University of Akron in Alabama, and research on the perceptions of local union leaders of their leadership skills, labor relations knowledge and training needs being undertaken by Joel Cutcher-Gershenfeld and John Revitte of Michigan State University.
