- Abstract
The article reports on personnel management and methods utilized at the Reynolds Corporation, a materials handling organization. The author focuses on styles of human resources management used to facilitate organizational change. It is suggested that the most successful management strategies work hand in hand with the corporate culture, by taking into consideration organizational goals. Ways in which work environment affects personnel management strategies are discussed in detail. A brief history of the Reynolds Corporation is also presented.
