- Abstract
The article presents the case of patients with acrodermatitis chronica atrophicans. Eight women and two men were diagnosed. Two patients had pronounced skin atrophy and one patient had fibrotic nodules located around the ankle and on the pietibial area. Heat intolerance of affected skin was a marked complaint in this early stage of acrodermatitis chronica atrophicans. Serological follow-up performed after six months in five patients was negative in four of the patients and showed no change in one.
