- Abstract
The article discusses a study on the safety of third-dose (D3) SARS-CoV-2 vaccination in patients with rheumatic and musculoskeletal disease (RMD). Topics include the most common local and systemic reactions, limitations of the study, and characteristics of RMD patients, stratified by presence/absence of disease flare requiring treatment and multivariable analysis of factors associated with post-D3 flare.
