Obsesif kompulsif bozukluğu olan çocuk ve ergenlerde öfke düzeyi ve depresyon ilişkisi: Ön çalışma.

- Abstract
Amaç: Obsesif kompulsif bozukluk (OKB) çocuk ve ergenlerde %1-3 oranında görülmekte olup bu çalışmada, OKB tanısı konulan çocuk ve ergenlerin sosyodemografik özellikleri ve komorbid psikiyatrik bozuklukların dağılımı, OKB tanısı konulan çocuk ve ergenlerin öfke düzeyleri ile komorbid bozukluklar arasındaki ilişkiye bakılmıştır. Yöntem: Araştırmanın örneklemi Karadeniz Teknik Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Çocuk- Ergen Ruh Sağlığı ve Hastalıkları Polikliniği'ne başvuran, DSM-5'e göre OKB tanısı konmuş ve zeka düzeyi normal saptanan, 11-18 yaş grubu 50 çocuk-ergenden oluşmuştur. Kontrol grubu, tanı grubu ile yaş ve cinsiyet özellikleri açısından eşleştirilmiş, bedensel ve ruhsal kronik hastalığı olmayan toplumdan rastgele örneklem yöntemi ile seçilmiş 50 çocuk ve ergenden oluşmuştur. Bulgular: Sonuç olarak OKB tanısı konulan grupta erkek/kız oranının 3/2 olduğu; %44'ünde (s=22) bir obsesyon, %56'sında (s=28) birden çok obsesyon olduğu; %28'inde (s=14) bir kompulsiyon tipi görülürken, %72'sinde (s=36) birden çok kompulsiyon görüldüğü; en sık görülen obsesyonun %46 oranıyla (s=23) kirlenme olduğu, bunu %22 (s=11) oranıyla dinsel obsesyonların ve %12 oranıyla diğer obsesyonların izlediği; en sık görülen kompulsiyonun (%40, s=20) ise yıkama-temizleme kompulsiyonunun olduğu; OKB tanısı konan çocuk ve ergenlerde en sık görülen eş tanının anksiyete bozukluğu (%72), ikinci sıklıkta depresif bozukluk olduğu (%32) bulunmuştur. Tartışma: OKB grubunda depresif bozukluk ve anksiyete bozukluğunun kontrol grubuna göre daha sık olduğu, OKB şiddeti ile eş tanı oranlarının ve öfke içe puanlarının korele olduğu önceki çalışmalarla uyumludur.
