- Title
The Grunsky norm of univalent functions and abelian holomorphic differentials.
- Authors
Krushkal, Samuel L.
- Abstract
We establish that Grunsky norm of any normalized univalent function on a quasidisk is completely determined by the squares of holomorphic abelian differentials (in contrast to Teichmüller norm, which relates to all integrable holomorphic quadratic differentials). The result has important interesting applications in several fields of geometric function theory: it provides an explicit representation of Fredholm eigevalues of all quasiconformal curves, sheds a new light on the distortion theory for univalent functions with quasiconformal extension, etc.
