- Title
Institutional Versus Questionnaire Measures of Organizational Structure.
- Authors
Sathe, Vijay
- Abstract
Although they have been used interchangeably in previous empirical work, this study found poor convergence between the institutional and questionnaire measures of organizational structure. By emphasizing the conceptual distinction between them and measuring both simultaneously, steps could be taken toward the development of theory that better explains the process of organizational structuring.
