- Abstract
The dynamism of market conditions and technological developments make change inevitable in organizations. Effective and good management of the change process will be able to overcome possible sources of resistance with the support of a strong organizational culture. In this research, the role and importance of organizational culture is emphasized in order to eliminate resistance to change in order to achieve organizational change. In this context, it is aimed to determine the relationship between organizational culture perceptions of employees and organizational change levels. A survey study was applied to 87 people randomly selected among 103 employees with the convenience sampling method in an industrial sector enterprise in Bursa, and the results were analyzed with the SPSS 23.0 program. Within the scope of the findings obtained from the research, it was found that there is a statistically significant and positive relationship between organizational culture and organizational change, and organizational culture and sub-dimensions of organizational culture, supportive-oriented organizational culture, developmentoriented organizational culture and explanatory-oriented organizational culture and organizational change and organizational change sub-dimensions. It has been determined that there is a statistically significant and positive relationship between cognitive organizational change, emotional organizational change and behavioral organizational change.
