The article offers information on the Adverse Childhood and Community Experiences Collaborative (ACEs-Collaborative) founded by Texas Office of Health Policy & Legislative Affairs and the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in 2015. Topics discussed include the aim to the ACE to increase resiliency and prevent adverse events; the Behavioral Health and Research (BHAR) of UTMB; and the involvement of children in drug abuse and sexual behavior.
