- Abstract
The article offers information on role of isoprenaline infusion during the electrophysiology test in asymptomatic Wolff-Parkinson-White patients is debated. Topics include the European Society of Cardiology guidelines on supraventricular tachycardias recommend catheter ablation in asymptomatic patients, and the preexcitation in whom electrophysiology testing with the use of isoprenaline identifies high-risk properties.
