- Title
Gastroscopy is not always mandatory in all gastric multiple magnet ingestion cases.

- Abstract
This article discusses the management of accidental ingestion of multiple magnets in children. The authors argue that while endoscopic removal of the magnets is the recommended course of action, it may not always be necessary if the magnets can be confirmed in the stomach through fluoroscopy. They suggest that waiting for spontaneous excretion without frequent X-ray examinations may be a viable option. The authors emphasize the need for further research comparing the benefits and drawbacks of endoscopy versus fluoroscopy in these cases.
