- Abstract
The article focuses on several cases addressing the online student speech and its protections through the First Amendment of the U.S constitution. Topics discussed include the legal implications of online student speech, the U.S Supreme Court case Tinker v. Des Moines Independent Community School District based on student's constitutional rights to freedom of speech or expression and case Morse v. Frederick based on students' First Amendment rights.
