- Abstract
The article focuses on the right-to-work (RTW) law, which allows employees to work in a union facility withour being required to pay dues or join the union. It mentions the states in the U.S. which implement the law including Alabama, Nevada, and Wyoming. It says that RTW laws allow non-union workers to get a free ride or enjoy higher wages and superior working conditions. It adds that the laws were created on June 23, 1947 through the passing of the Labor-Management Relations Act.
