- Abstract
The article discusses a court case C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. v. FLS Transportation, Inc. regarding the enforcement of the forum selection clauses in the contractual agreement of the parties. The case is based on the undermining of the contract law by the closely-related parties of Minnesota. Information on the forum selection clauses of the parties are based on the public policy conservation and include resource conservation.
