- Abstract
In this article the author discusses the effect of modern medicine procedures in the human body. She remarks on the intention of surgical procedures which is to perform a bodily invasion to do only lethal harm to the innocent human being. She cites samples concerning the issue including the case of heart transplant surgeon and consenting donor which may seen as intentional homicide and craniotomy of the fetus skull to save the life of the mother giving birth.
