The article presents a study which examined the interlanguage phonology of Pakistani students of English with reference to feature geometry. The researchers attempted to ascertain the problems faced by adult Pakistani learners who speak Saraiki language in studying English as a second language. Pakistani speakers substituted English consonants and vowels with corresponding Saraiki phonemes.
