The article presents a case study of a 54-year-old woman with an enlarging mass on the right volar forearm. Topics include Schwannoma also known as neurilemmoma which being a benign encapsulated neoplasm of the peripheral nerve sheath; capsule stains positively with epithelial membrane antigen due to the presence of perineurial cells; and Nodular fasciitis being a benign tumor of fibroblasts and myofibroblasts.
