- Title
Genetic divergence and the genetic architecture of complex traits in chromosome substitution strains of mice.
- Abstract
The article offers information on complex traits which strongly influences the consequences of inherited mutations, genetic engineering, environmental and genetic perturbations and natural and artificial selection in mice. It mentions that chromosome substitution strains(CSSs) are a paradigm for genome surveys. After analysing results for survey of traits it was found the donor strains were derived from inbred strains and similarity in genetic and systems properties among CSS panels were found.
