- Abstract
The article reports on a study conducted on doctors in Bogota to evaluate adherence to evidence-based recommendations for non-communicable chronic diseases (NCDs). The results showed that the overall applicability was 31.9% and the overall adherence was 42.0%. Considerable variability in adherence was found depending on the disease. In conclusion, adherence to recommendations for NCDs in Bogota is deficient and highly variable.
