- Abstract
The article reports that construction projects for the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games is highlighting green concrete to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in Vancouver, British Columbia. It states that sustainable building and land reclamation practices are combined in the creation of the Vancouver Olympic Village. Meanwhile, the Richmond Olympic Oval uses fly ash to reach its sustainability goals.
