- Abstract
To accurately evaluate the risk level of prefabricated buildings during the construction process, taking "health, safety, and environment (HSE)" as the criterion layer, the potential risk factors during the construction process of prefabricated buildings were collected and analyzed, and a construction risk evaluation index system was constructed. The project was decomposed based on work breakdown structure-risk breakdown structure (WBS-RBS), and the risk indexes were weighted by analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method. Finally, by calculating the comprehensive weight and the risk degree of each operation unit to determine the risk level, Lanzhou city was taken as an example to verify it. The results show that the construction risk level of the component installation stage of model residential district project is 7.514, belonging to the medium risk, and the evaluation results are basically consistent with the actual project.
