An interview with artist Jide Aje is presented. He points out that he has always been attracted to abstraction although it took a while to pull everything together. He indicates that his first degree is in painting and worked as a graphic designer in the advertising industry with plans to study industrial and automotive design. He notes that there is a body of work that he did that was influenced by Okediji's work particularly in the use of 3 traditional color hues.
