- Abstract
The teacher education professionalization model of Stanford University includes the vision of cultivating leading teachers, the goal positioning of categorized training teachers, the integrated curriculum structure, the practice model of the “graduated responsibility" and the quality assurance based on teachers爷 professional standards and academic research. On the basis of drawing lessons from the teacher education model of the American first-class research universities, China's high-level comprehensive universities can give full play to the advantages of student resources, enhance the integration of teacher education courses, and deeply explore the value of educational practice in teachers' professional development so as to cultivate the leading teachers with professional authority. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen the research of teacher education and promote the coordinated development of the discipline of teacher education and teacher training.
