- Abstract
Based on the fact that the role and work value of banzhuren have been highly recognized, some researches on banzhuren leadership have been done. By interviewing 30 banzhurens who participated in the project of 2018“Hello, Winter Break!", the researchers find that they have the awareness of` banzhuren leadership and its connotations are specifically embodied in planning guiding, team leading, decision making and role modeling, and that they expect to develop their ability to design a project and lead to fulfil it, to direct student activities in vacations, and to communicate with students' parents. Banzhuren leadership is shown differently in school life and in project-based research, and the difference reflects its complexity and developmental possibility. Therefore, practical and theoretical studies should be made on banzhuren leadership currently.
