- Abstract
The article looks at some decisions given by U.S. supreme court on cases related to allegations of unethical conduct in the land use decision making process. It discusses a New York case, wherein the plaintiff's application for the dedication of a road was denied by a town board. It explains a case focusing on allegations of bias, in which the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio solicited some contribution from the plaintiff and to assist the East Toledo Community Center.
