- Abstract
The article offers information on the role of the constitution and international agreements in curbing "Peace-Imperiling" propaganda in the International law in the U.S. It offers information on the decision of the U.S. Supreme Court on the court case, New York Times Co. v. Sullivan, that disapproves the libel judgment on the basis of first amendment of the U.S. Constitution. It presents information on the international agreement proposing to restrict government's propaganda in the U.S. Constitutional law. It mentions that the criticism related foreign governmental officials and foreign governmental policy is intertwined with foreign policy formulation.
