- Abstract
The article focuses on state trading and international organization. The author discusses efforts of several countries that took the help of international organization to limit the harmful effects of state trading. It examines state trading arrangements made between the countries of East Europe. It also discusses whether international organization can control state trading in trade between East-West countries. It refers to some of the steps that have been taken by member countries of the Council of Mutual Economic Aid, of General Conditions to organize state-trading relations.
