- Abstract
This article presents two cases of giant cell tumor (GCT) following anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction, demonstrating the onset and progression of the tumor on imaging. The first case involved a 24-year-old male who presented with knee pain and swelling three years after ACL reconstruction, and the second case involved a 22-year-old male who experienced increasing pain and swelling in the medial knee 18 months after reconstruction. Both cases showed the evolution of GCT over a period of 15 to 34 months. These cases provide insight into the timeline of primary GCT and may be helpful for clinicians in determining the duration of the tumor.
