- Abstract
One of the main mechanisms and a condition for making a verdict enforceable is the compulsivity of the verdict. The respect of compulsivity of verdicts is a prerequisite for court action. Verdicts have special significance, because through verdicts as judicial decisions there are set certain conditions, for the government bodies as well as individuals and legal persons who are obliged to respect them, as the state provides judicial enforcement of verdicts, sanctioning with punitive measures those who do not respect the validity of the judicial verdict. The verdicts become liable after they become final. The validity of the judicial verdict means constraint from criticisms of the findings summarized in the verdict and obligation for summarized findings in the verdict officially counted as correct and after that not discussed anymore. The resolved case by verdict should be treated as a resolved case, and the resolved case should not be re-filed by regular legal means, but only by extraordinary means.
