The article focuses on the decision of the U.S. Supreme Court on the case Town of Greece v. Galloway related to unconstitutionality of legislative prayers under the Establishment Clause. Topics discussed include decision of the court on the case Marsh v. Chambers related to continuation of prayers by chaplains in legislative sessions, religious beliefs behind continuation of legislative prayers, and the role of Establishment Clause in separating Church and state.
