- Abstract
In order to verify the effects of strains GNB6, MGBC3, MGBD1 and their mixed inoculants isolated from the rhizosphere of lettuce on the growth and quality of lettuce, and to determine the optimal dosage of different strains and mixed inoculants, for the development of a special growth promoter for lettuce To provide a basis, the article adopts the potted method to set different amounts of nitrogen-fixing bacteria A (2, 4, 6 mL, 4, 6 mL·strain-1), mixed microbial agent D (2, 4, 6 mL·strain-1), and clear water control (CK), a total of 13 treatments. The results show that: under the same fertilization conditions, the appropriate addition The amount of single and mixed microbial inoculants can significantly promote the growth of lettuce, improve the nutritional quality of lettuce, and can effectively promote the accumulation of anthocyanins in lettuce leaves, while significantly reducing the content of nitrite in lettuce stems. Among them, the D3 treatment performed the best. Well, compared with CK treatment, the stem thickness and fresh weight per plant increased by 24.71% and 55.67%, respectively, the soluble protein content of stem and leaf increased by 83.49% and 139.46%, the soluble sugar content of stem and leaf increased by 51.28% and 29.19%, stem and leaf The VC content increased by 88.89% and 13.57%, the nitrite content in the stem decreased by 1.47%, and the leaf anthocyanin content increased by 53.63%. The principal component analysis showed that the comprehensive score of each treatment group from high to low was: D3>B1> C2>B2>D2>A2>D1>C3>A1>A3>B3>C1>CK. Comprehensive analysis found that the most appropriate dosage for the growth-promoting effect of each bacterial agent is A2 (4 mL 2 mL strain-1), C2 (4 mL strain-1), D3 (6 mL strain-1), in which the mixed microbial agent D3 (6 mL strain-1) is effective in promoting the growth and improving the quality of lettuce. It works best.
