- Abstract
The article analyzes the duty of care in digital inclusion in early childhood. The right to access the internet requires re-evaluating, in terms of integral protection, the dimension of care for the dangers that the increasingly early exposure to digital screens can cause. Access to digital screens enables surveillance and alienation, disseminating colonialities from early childhood. The purpose of this paper is to examine the scope of integral care in digital inclusion to the realization of children's fundamental rights in early childhood. Subsidized in decolonial episteme, the methodology of the approach is exploratory-analytical, derived from technical-critical bibliographic and documentary research. The study starts from the analysis of biopower and colonialities in the universalization of childhoods, follows the investigation to recognize the need for integral and integrated care for young children in digital access, and cotes, as a result, the need to rethink the normative framework that promotes the duty of integral care in the digital environment to effectuate the fundamental rights of children from early childhood. The methodological procedure used is the bibliographic-investigative.
