The article discuss the importance of the need of passion, experience and resilience in oncology nursing. Topics including the need of experience in oncology nursing because it helps in giving easy training to the nurses; importance of knowing the drugs with side effects; job stress of nurses as they have to work for long hours without expecting the leaves; and need of oncology nurses education throughout their career for providing better medical care.
