- Abstract
This article discusses the importance of precise chemical application technology for horticultural crops. It highlights the issues with conventional methods and explores innovative technologies that aim to reduce pesticide usage and mitigate environmental harm while maintaining crop yield and quality. The article compares a new knapsack mist sprayer with three traditional sprayers for pesticide application in plastic tunnel greenhouses and finds that the new sprayer performs better in terms of coverage and pesticide deposition. This information is valuable for researchers and practitioners in the field of agriculture.
