The article focuses on independent evaluations of four educational programmes published by the Education Endowment Foundation (EEF). Topics discussed include aim of Lexia Reading Core5 (Lexia) computer-based programme developed by Lexia Learning Systems LLC, and description on Peer Assisted Learning Strategies (PALS-UK), a whole-class, structured intervention that involves pupils working together in pairs to improve their reading comprehension and fluency.
