- Abstract
The article presents the case of a 66-year-old hypertensive female with occasional palpitations and non-specific ECG changes. It shows the imaging results of the transthoracic echocardiogram and a subsequent transoesophageal echocardiogram confirming the presence and anatomical location of the mass. The case is cited to show the high-resolution capability of 320-MDCT coronary angiography in visualization of small aortic valve fibroelastomas as well as important coronary artery disease.
