- Title
AIRPORTS AND SERVICES: Kenya.
- Abstract
The article focuses on the plan of Kenya Airways to have Jambo Jet as a low cost subsidiary to compete for their control of Eastern African routes against Jet Link, Air Kenya and Fly540. Kenya Airways, it says, generate 5% of sales from routes in Kenya while other airlines include Mango Airline and Comair by British Airways serving southern African nations including Namibia and Lesotho. It also notes that overwork and low morale caused the delays at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA).
