- Abstract
The article looks at the Bilateral Security Agreement (BSA) between Afghanistan and the U.S. and the impact of the relationship of the two countries on Pakistan. Topics include the threat of troop withdrawal of U.S. forces from Afghanistan if the agreement is not signed, the administration of Afghan President Hamid Karzai, and the Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) umbrella organization of Islamist militant groups. The article also discusses the stance of Pakistani media on foreign policy issues.
