Certain statements are formulated that contrast with the data to show that international migration is not exclusively a question of foreigners but also invloves Spanish nationals. The article also analyzes two realities based on jus sanguinis, the law that blood relationship determines Spanish nationality: 1) Spaniards can be born in Spain or abroad, and 2) foreigners can be born within Spanish territory.
