- Abstract
The author discusses the new vision for nursing which revolves around six values known as the six Cs to improve patient experience in the National Health Services (NHS) and social care services. She states that the Commissioning Board has envisaged these values for all the staff within the NHS. She mentions that these changes should incorporate patient feedback, increase in nursing research, and can provide staff time to listen to patients and relatives to promote positive patient experiences.
