- Abstract
The article discusses the constitutional issues over the 'Landscape' program launched by the nonprofit group College Board in 2019 to establish a socioeconomic classification system for incoming college students in the U.S. that is used by higher education institutions in making admissions decisions. Among the data collected under the system are household structure, median family income, neighborhood crime rate, and housing stability.
