- Abstract
The article presents an abstract of the study "The Difference in the Metabolic Effects of Toxic Glutamate Concentrations in Rat Brain Cortex and Cerebellar Synaptosomes." The study will be presented at a joint meeting of the International Society for Neurochemistry and the European Society for Neurochemistry which will be organized in Berlin, Germany, from August 8-14, 1999. The study revealed Glutamate causes decrease of nitric oxide synthase activity in cortex synaptosomes in rat brain cortex.
