Abstract
This article focuses on a violation of the Voting Rights Act in Bethel, Alaska. The majority of voters in that region speak Yup'ik and the Native American Rights Fund (NARF) and the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) filed a lawsuit in federal court to have language assistance with voting materials provided for such individuals.
