- Abstract
The article discusses the implementation and impact of Fit Finder, a tool designed to recommend jobs to prospective candidates based on their personality and work preferences. Spectrum, a broadband connectivity company, used Fit Finder to help job seekers find roles that align with their skills and interests. The tool has had a positive impact on the candidate experience and has improved business metrics. Fit Finder has also helped improve the diversity of applicant pools and has resulted in lower turnover rates for hires. Overall, Fit Finder has provided value to Spectrum by enhancing the job seeker experience and improving person-job fit.
