- Abstract
In this article, the author reflects on the literary style of poet Thomas Stearns Eliot who addresses social criticism in his work that threatens peace, social coherence and economic stability. He also reflects on the impact of Eliot's faith and religious belief on his work and the depiction of the Christian culture in his literatures. He discusses impact of the Nazi war and German activist Adolf Hitler on Eliot.
