- Abstract
The article presents a study on Daedalea dickinsii and its metabolite daedalin A as a tyrosinase inhibitor. The researchers measured the optical rotation values of Daedalea dickinsii mycelia using polarimeter, and the nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra were recorded using the Bruker DRX 500 FT-NMR spectroscopy. The mycelia were also cultured in a 10 liter liquid broth. The findings show that daedalin A carries the most stiff tyrosinase inhibitory activity due to L-tyrosine inhibition.
