- Abstract
The article presents a study which examined the impacts of conference training of a company for a single position, debit insurance agent. The study used chi square to test various variables including the quality, quality of supervision, and volume of business in force within the selected districts of sales. It mentions that areas of actual job performance including production, termination, and supervisory rating were also assessed. Result showed that conference-administered training provides no significant influence on the rate of termination of employees.
