The article focuses on the "warm-up" tests given by companies to prospective job applicants. It mentions that the purpose of the said examination is for the job applicants to be familiarized with testing and to accustomed a job applicant to the concept that he ay not be able to finish a given examination within a given time limit. It adds that taking the warm up test helps applicants to eliminate his fear in taking the said tests. Moreover, it mentions that the first part of the test helps applicants in improving their attitude. The warm-up test is also designed for the purpose that no one or two job applicants can complete the examination within the time limit.
