- Abstract
The article presents a study that investigated the short form with 8 items (RSF:8) in measuring the oral health-related quality of life (OHRQoL) between boys and girls and the measurement invariance of RSF:8 in measuring OHRQoLfor adolescents in Hong Kong, China over time. A measuring instrument was used on 542 adolescent aged 12 years and re-applied to the same participants 3 years later. Results revealed that the RSF:8 measured OHRQoL for adolescents in Hong Kong consistently across gender.
