- Abstract
Subfraction F62 was purified by a semipreparative RP-C18 HPLC column eluting with MeOH-H SB 2 sb O (50:50, 2 mL/min) to give compound B 4 b (5 mg, t SB R sb = 26.0 min). Subfraction F42 was purified by a semipreparative RP-C18 HPLC column eluting with MeCN-H SB 2 sb O (50:50, 2 mL/min) to give compounds B 5 b (3 mg, t SB R sb = 16 min) and B 6 b (1.5 mg, t SB R sb = 22.6 min). Subfraction F63 was separated by Sephadex LH-20 (MeOH) and purified by a semipreparative RP-C18 HPLC column eluting with MeOH-H SB 2 sb O (40:60, 2 mL/min) to give compounds B 10 b (10 mg, t SB R sb = 29.0 min), B 3 b (4 mg, t SB R sb = 40.0 min). Subfraction F61 was separated by Sephadex LH-20 (MeOH) and purified by a semipreparative RP-C18 HPLC column eluting with MeOH-H SB 2 sb O (35:65, 2 mL/min) to give compounds B 9 b (5 mg, t SB R sb = 30.0 min) and B 8 b (15 mg, t SB R sb = 22.6 min).
